Mee joo is a little girl from the Ahka hill tribe community in Thailand's most northern region. The Ahkas are still a self-sustaining community. A youthful NGO arrives at her village to build a small community TV station. All programming is to be about the village with the NGO planning ultimately to have the villagers produce their programs.
