Its hard to write from a non-biased perspective. I'm autistic, I used to work with Autism Oxford and I'm friends with Reece, Paul and Andy. Its a useful short documentary on Autism. No one person is the same so what works for one person might not work for another. However you may still find some useful information to begin your journey on understanding your autism or someone you know with Autism.
