The admiration has Arnold Schwarzenegger glowing. At the world premiere of his brand-new action comedy series, FUBAR, the 75-year-old acclaimed screen icon received some encouragement from his son, Joseph Baena.

On Monday, Arnold attended a special screening at The Grove in Hollywood and chatted with ET's Kevin Frazier about seeing his 25-year-old son go to support his well-known father's debut TV show.

Mildred Baena and Arnold are joint parents of Joseph. It wasn't just Arnold's proud children who attended; Joseph also made a solo appearance on the red carpet to support his father. As they stood with Arnold on the red carpet, Katherine's husband, Chris Pratt, and his daughters Katherine and Christina Schwarzenegger—whom he has with his ex-wife, Maria Shriver—showed their support for the action star.

The new Netflix series that Arnold is starring in also features him as a proud father.

Schwarzenegger portrays Luke Brunner, a former CIA super spy who is summoned out of retirement to save an undercover agent who has discovered a weapon of mass devastation in hostile territory. Upon finding the agent, he is shocked to learn that it is his daughter, Emma (Monica Barbaro), who he had no idea was a spy at all.

In a similar vein, Joseph, Arnold's son, has emulated his father in many ways in real life, having dabbled in acting, appeared on Dancing With the Stars, and become an enthusiastic bodybuilder.

FUBAR, a new action comedy series from Joseph Arnold, will debut on Netflix on May 25. Joseph Arnold spoke with ET at the launch.
